Leave Approval
Upload the "Leave Application - Approved" email PDF from Guardian Air. Only a leave
application whose Status says Approved is accepted — it's checked before anything
is added, and approved leave always counts as a rest day.

Subscribe once and this calendar keeps itself up to date automatically — every future roster import shows up on its own, no re-export needed.
If "Subscribe in Calendar" doesn't open the right app, copy the link and add it manually: Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar.
